Setting up an Electric Storage in a DCUCOPF Scenario

Welcome to the third electric networks tutorial. In this new series of tutorials, you build on the expertise acquired with the beginner tutorials to further consolidate and extend your knowledge in using SAInt to solve exciting problems and challenges in electric network modeling. The ideas presented here will improve the user proficiency in creating an electric storage in the SAInt GUI, developing and executing a DCUCOPF scenario with events for the new storage, and extracting the data by plotting the state of the storage.

This series has three steps, and each step focuses on the key concepts used to model electric storage and extract simulation data. The first step explains the process of creating a new electric storage object and describes its main properties. The second step is to create a scenario with events for the new storage and execute a DCUCOPF simulation. The last step explains the procedure for extracting and plotting storage-related data from SAInt.
